Re-Do Policy
We want you to love your hair! — so if you are not completely satisfied with your services within 10 days of our appointment, please email us or call directly to schedule an adjustment on your previously booked service. Refunds are not available on services provided.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice. When no-show/ late cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time and affects our hairdressers and other guests. We understand things happen, and life can get in the way of your scheduled visit.
Appointments exceeding 3 hours may require a credit card to hold your reservation. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rebooking will result in a 50% charge for the service booked.
Boutique Purchases
All items in the boutique are final sale. Manufacturer defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
